For years we’ve been hearing about Samsung’s plan to launch a foldable smartphone, and last month Samsung pretty much confirmed that we might be able to learn more about the handset later this year. Now according to a report from CNET, additional details about the upcoming handset have been revealed.This information comes from an interview the publication had with D.J. Koh, Samsung Mobile’s chief where according to Koh, he confirm what most people were thinking, which is that this is a phone that can be folded up and put into a pocket, but when expanded can be used as a tablet. It’s actually interesting that he confirmed this, considering that back in September Koh seemed to allude that it would be more than just a tablet.Speaking to CNET, Koh adds, “When we deliver a foldable phone, it has to be really meaningful to our customer.
